In the case of the Prince of ikot udo ossiom vs the los angeles pd and the city. This reminds me of Frida Udom Okpuk- a Swiss educated Inventor who did not renew the contract of a contractor who supplied contaminated food to the university of calabar, nigeria. The said contractor was the relative of the university registrar and was appointed by the said registrar himself, which is a a conflict of interest violation law and administrative economic financial corruption and a crime.
When OKPUK, who who was a victim was re-assigened as housing officer, He refused the position and died.
RAY EKPU was bribed by the registrar to BLACKMAIL OKPUK and received a BRIBE to build a house on a land that he does not own.
That house will be confiscated when I return from the US, for deception, misinformation, subversion.
